Building in Waukee
Your home, your way.
Showtime Homes designs and builds custom homes in Waukee and across the Des Moines metro from our studio in Urbandale. Our own design team draws every home in-house, so the plan starts with how you want to live, not with a stock floor plan.
Every home is built for one fixed price, not cost-plus. Building with us should feel like starring in your own movie, from naming your floor plan after a favorite film to celebrating our signature Dig Day.
Yes. We design and build custom homes in Waukee and across the Des Moines metro and central Iowa, from our studio in Urbandale.
How is a Showtime home priced?
Every home is built for one fixed price, not cost-plus. You have one number from the start.
How long does it take to build?
Every home is different. Timing depends on your design, your lot and the size of the home, and larger homes take longer. We talk it through with you at your first visit.
Who designs the home?
Our own design team draws every home in-house, from the first sketch to the last fixture. Our plan library is a starting point, and every home we build is fully custom.
