Building in Carlisle
Where the rivers meet.
Carlisle sits in Warren and Polk counties on the southeast side of the metro, between the North and Middle rivers near where they meet the Des Moines River. The Summerset Trail runs south from town to Indianola.
Wherever your lot is, the process is the same. Our own design team draws every home in-house, and we refine the design with you through each revision. Every home is built for one fixed price, not cost-plus, covering design, permits, site work, the house, finishes, landscaping and pools.
