Building in Granger
A New Deal story.
Granger is a small city in Dallas and Polk counties, northwest of the metro. Just outside town are the Granger Homesteads, a New Deal project built in 1935: fifty homes on garden plots for the families of local coal miners.
Wherever your lot is, the process is the same. Our own design team draws every home in-house, and we refine the design with you through each revision. Every home is built for one fixed price, not cost-plus, covering design, permits, site work, the house, finishes, landscaping and pools.

The homesteads
The Granger Homesteads set each home on a few acres, so families could grow their own food.
The schools
Most of Granger is in the Woodward-Granger district and part is in Johnston, so we check the district for your lot with you.
