Building in Polk City
Between two lakes.
Polk City sits at the north end of Saylorville Lake in Polk County, next to Big Creek State Park. Water, trails and open views make it one of the most scenic settings near the metro for a new home.
Wherever your lot is, the process is the same. Our own design team draws every home in-house, and we refine the design with you through each revision. Every home is built for one fixed price, not cost-plus, covering design, permits, site work, the house, finishes, landscaping and pools.
