Our story

Good people to good people

We don’t take it lightly that you’d trust us with this.

A home is where your kids grow up. Where the holidays happen, the hard days get a little softer, and ordinary nights become the ones you remember.

So Built to Last isn’t a slogan to us. It’s the standard we hold ourselves to: to be good people to good people. To listen more than we talk. To own our mistakes. To build relationships as carefully as we build homes.

The house is only the beginning. What we hope lasts is everything that happens inside it, and the friendship that started the day we met.

We take our name seriously. Building your home should feel like starring in your own movie, from naming your floor plan and rooms after your favorite films to celebrating milestones like our signature Dig Day. We build in central Iowa from our Urbandale studio in the Des Moines metro.

I will hold myself fully accountable for my own actions.
Although I operate within a team, I will strive to make sure “MY” contribution is unmatched.
My only fear or intimidation, is not realizing my full potential.
I will attack problems big or small with confidence that I was put on this earth to solve the issue, and if not me, then who?
Complacency is my worst enemy, and it is my absolute need, to seek out innovation, obsess over efficiency, and execute daily.
As an individual I may take backwards steps, but as a unit SHOWTIME does not take losses.
Regardless of my past, I am now a winner, I am confident, and with a positive mindset, I am not only good, I am great. ⏰🚀
