Every home is built for one fixed price, not cost-plus, covering design, permits, site work, the house, finishes, landscaping and pools. We don’t do cost-plus, because we believe clients shouldn’t have to worry about surprise cost overruns.
How long does a custom home take?
Our own design team draws every home in-house, and we refine the design with you through each revision. Every home is different. Timing depends on your design, your lot and the size of the home, and larger homes take longer. We talk it through with you at your first visit.
