Building in Lake Panorama
Life on the lake.
Lake Panorama is a private lake community just north of Panora in Guthrie County, formed by a dam on the Middle Raccoon River that began filling the lake in 1970. It is run by the Lake Panorama Association, apart from the City of Panora, and its shoreline and wooded slopes make a striking setting for a custom home.
Wherever your lot is, the process is the same. Our own design team draws every home in-house, and we refine the design with you through each revision. Every home is built for one fixed price, not cost-plus, covering design, permits, site work, the house, finishes, landscaping and pools.
Guthrie County
Living in Lake Panorama.
The lake
The Lake Panorama Association calls it the largest private lake development in Iowa.
The town
Panora sits just to the south, with the Raccoon River Valley Trail running through it.
The site
A lake lot comes with its own slopes, views and rules, so we look at it with you before design starts.

Who designs the home?

How long does it take?
Every home is different. Timing depends on your design, your lot and the size of the home, and larger homes take longer. We talk it through with you at your first visit.
