Open the Buildertrend client portal on the web or in the app, using the login from your build.
02New claim
Choose Warranty, then add a new claim. Describe the issue and where it is in the home.
03Add photos
Photos help our team understand the issue before we reach out to schedule.
Coverage starts at closing: 1 year for workmanship, 2 years for systems and 10 years for structural.
