Motivated by the importance of building strong relationships, his priority is to be an exceptional father and role model for his children. His commitment to hard work is translated into his business life as well, where he works steadfastly to ensure strong industry partnerships and top-notch client relationships. Impassioned by pushing the boundaries of conventional wisdom, he has never shied away from disrupting the status quo. His industriousness and determination will make sure Showtime Homes and our valued clients remain well-maintained and supported throughout the build. 

Sean Delleman

Sean's strengths go well beyond his golf game.  As the son of a tradesman who ran his own business, he was shaped into a distinguished business professional. His Finance degree from Iowa State plus extensive experience in business management combined with his remarkable network of contacts make him the ideal candidate to run a home-building operation. Applying his selfless dedication to his team, customers, and family, Sean continuously upholds a culture of superior integrity within Showtime. His commitment to excellence ensures that the company's reputation of elegance will remain intact. 

Matt Buman

Every team needs years of knowledge and unmatched experience.  Matt has decades of Luxury Home Building experience that blends well with this team of highly skilled and creative innovators.  Being ex-military, he knows a thing or two about discipline, organization, and focus.  Matt loves to push the building envelope and find ways to create engineering marvels in the home building industry that stand out from the rest.  When he's not working you can catch him on the baseball field coaching, spending time with his family, or snowmobiling in the mountains.  Matt is passionate about building amazing homes and believes everyone deserves to live in a unique, luxurious, and beautiful home.  Let's build an amazing home together. 

Alex Retallick

Luxury; quality, originality. Alex has a broad understanding of luxury aesthetics in every facet of design.  His appreciation for the beauty of luxury markets was born from his studies abroad and his extensive travel throughout the United States and Europe. Alex is a highly anticipated residential designer with a background in boutique commercial design. With an eye for innovation and design that extends beyond physical spaces, Alex is not only the lead designer but also pilots Showtime’s brand curation and marking aspects. When not designing for clients at work, Alex takes on many household design projects for himself and his family. He loves to travel, shop locally, and try the newest coffee shops & restaurants in the area! Swing by the office and you might see Ivy, Alex’s mini goldendoodle & sidekick. Ivy loves trying new breweries with Alex, pup cups from any coffee shop, and French fries of course! 

Derek Swedlund

As a seasoned Catastrophe adjuster, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Catastrophe Team Manager with over 16 years of experience at a large nationally recognized private mutual Insurance company, Derek Swedlund specializes in identifying and handling storm damage-related issues. Derek joined Showtime Homes in the middle of 2023 and is leading home inspections to assess the impact of natural calamities while ensuring that all insurance claims are processed seamlessly. His professional knowledge of the insurance industry allows him to leverage his expertise while dealing with complex insurance-related concerns and providing effective solutions for our clients (you!). Derek is a resident of Waukee and a proud father of three wonderful kids, Leyton, Brynn, and Grayson, as well as a devoted husband to his wife, Bethany. With Derek's experiences both professionally and personally, he has been equipped with a unique perspective that allows him to work diligently, all while having the client's best interests always of paramount importance.

Chris Ortiz

Chris Ortiz is a highly skilled construction professional with over four years of hands-on experience in the industry. After completing high school, Chris entered the construction field, honing expertise in framing while also gaining valuable on-site experience in the areas of sheetrock and electrical work. Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to quality, Chris currently excels as a Field Supervisor at Showtime Homes, overseeing projects to ensure exceptional standards are met. With excellent communication skills, Chris is fluent in both English and Spanish ensuring seamless collaboration with team members and clients alike. Outside of the construction world, Chris finds is as a proudly married family man living in Des Moines. Chris has two young children and loves keeping busy after work with grill outs, sports, and outdoor activities with families and friends.
