What are your business hours?

We are open for your convenience Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM. If we are out of the office, please feel free to call us at 515-478-6163.

Special appointment after hours available upon request.
Do you offer financing for remodels?

We do! Showtime Homes works exclusively with Community Choice Credit Union to get you some of the best financing in town!

Do I have to chose from your floorplans?

Absolutely not! If you love what you see in our floorplans section, that is a great starting point. We can adjust from there or go completely custom!
Do I need to work with a certain realtor to work with Showtime Homes?

We have teamed up with the best in the metro! MVP Realtor Team, of Remax Concepts, can help bring your dreams to life. However, if you are already working with a prefered agent, that works too! You can certainly bring your own agent, or we can help you find one!
