Our Process

SCENE ONE: INITIAL CONSULTATION
The pre-building process begins with a consultation to discuss your vision, needs, and budget. We prioritize transparency, share our standards and values, and answer your questions to build trust as we move forward with your project.

SCENE FOUR: BIDDING PROCESS
Once project plans are finalized, we begin the bidding process by seeking estimates from vendors for materials and labor. We review proposals, comparing costs and timelines, before finalizing contracts. This ensures competitive pricing and sets clear expectations for a smooth construction phase.

SCENE TWO: LOT SEARCH
The lot search phase focuses on finding the ideal site for your home. We assess factors like amenities, schools, commute, and design potential, while conducting zoning checks and feasibility studies to ensure the lot is suitable for building. This ensures the best location for your dream home.

SCENE FIVE: DESIGN & BUILD
In the final step, it’s time to design and build your dream home! We’ll review a contract to ensure all details are clear. Once agreed, the building process begins, bringing your vision to life. SCENE THREE: DESIGN CONSULTATION
In the design consultation, you’ll work with our lead designer to refine your vision, balancing practical needs with personal style. This hands-on approach ensures your home is truly tailored to you and that you’re supported throughout the process. We provide clear, detailed presentations, personalized binders for easy organization, and are always available to answer your questions.
